Jesus said in Mathew 24:36 : "But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the son, but the Father only."
As you see from the verse above I am a Christian and do not believe that any person knows the exact day or hour. I am also the Owner broker of Integrity Realty & Assoc, L.L.C. in Snowflake, Arizona but I do believe that during tough times Snowflake, Arizona will be a safer place to be than many other places. Gordon Michael Scallion has a map that shows us as a safe place after significant earth changes have taken place. Many others who believe that we are going to experience life changing times in the near future also believe we will be a safe place to live. A few reasons for why I believe this are as follows.
1. We are on the largest underground water aquifer in Arizona and possibly the west. In the 22 + years I have been here I have never seen a water well driller hit a dry hole that would not produce water.
2. We have lots of Sunshine, enough that we are considered one of the better places for Solar energy.
3. When we don’t have Sunshine we usually have enough Wind to supplement solar generation.
4. There have been many who discovered this years ago and have proven that self sufficient off the grid living can be achieved in the Snowflake Area.
5. The RFD lifestyle will certainly beat the City rat race if and when things do go bad. Just imagine Phoenix, Arizona two weeks into a power outage in the 120 degree summer months. Or how about your city. Would it be pleasant in times of great upheaval, lack of grid power or heating oil? If there was no gas for three months would your city be a safe place to survive?
6. We are a great place to grow a garden, and many do. They grow fruit trees sweet corn and much more.
7. With a mild four season climate heating and cooling costs do not spike to the degree they do in some other places, and we can still heat with wood, and most likely the neighbor won’t complain about it.
8. We have areas where large 20 and 40 acre parcels are the norm and they're affordable compared to real estate in other areas. Just go to www.integrityrealty.net and check out some of these properties.
